SUMMARY:J/24 Westerns at Lough Ree
DESCRIPTION:The J/24 Westerns will take place at Lough Ree Yacht Club on Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th October. \nPlease note that in the event of any exceptional rainfall or where there is the possibility of a flooding alert on the Shannon\, the ESB will open the weir in Athlone to lower the water level in the river. If this happens\, Lough Ree’s crane will be rendered unusable due to insufficient water depth to launch. There are no alternatives available at this time. \nThere will be food available on Friday 4th to all crews and skippers during and after the launching period which is covered by the entry fee. \nScones\, Croissants\, Muffins\, Tea\, and Coffee will be available in the club house on Saturday and Sunday morning prior to racing\, also covered by the entry fee. \n\nThe Notice of Race and Entry Form are now available on the Lough Ree website Event page.\n \nJ24 Westerns \n \n  \n
